Marshall Law?

Plan your work, work your plan, and accomplish 60% of your goals in the first 3 years of your presidency....at least 60% of the goals on your private cheat sheet. ACORN, the much maligned group known to have been performing illegal acts and having this proven over and over - received their $4 billion and now has resurfaced in one instance as New York Communities for Change. Now accused of paying protesters to attend, disrupt and be divisive on all occasions, the New York Communities for Change are getting some light shown on them. NYCC was created in 2009 when some of ACORN's offices were exposed for unethical operations that were revealed. Watch the roaches head for the cracks to hide.

What is Marshall Law?

Borrowing from Wikipedia, Martial law is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis—usually only temporary—when the civilian government or civilian authorities fail to function effectively (e.g., maintain order and security, and provide essential services), when there are extensive riots and protests, or when the disobedience of the law becomes widespread. In most cases, military forces are deployed to quiet the crowds, to secure government buildings and key or sensitive locations, and to maintain order.^[1] Generally, military personnel replace civil authorities and perform some or all of their functions. The constitution could be suspended, and in full-scale martial law, the highest-ranking military officer would take over, or be installed, as the military governor or as head of the government, thus removing all power from the previous executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government.^[1]

So what are the odds something like Marshall Law would ever be imposed in the United States by the federal government? What kind of conditions would need to exist for President Obama to decide he needed to remove habeus corpus, lock up those in opposition or at least limit there voice and make it more difficult for the opposition to have a say in elections? Under what cloak of cover would he be able to operate where the people in general support his doing so? Scary to even think it could be so? Sure, but who is it that is suggesting such as this? Is it the far right? Is it the uninsured? Is it those nasty capitalists that are knocking down large salaries?

Thinking about writing this hub I initially wanted to write a satire showing by humor the lies and conspiracies this current manipulator of language has put on this country. Divisive, angry commentary that is intended only to increase the divide between races, socio-economic groups, ages, and genders (now there are so many). Now, after successfully developing a level of class resentment unseen in the United States before, President Obama is working to further control how the process of redistribution of wealth will be handled.

Because President Obama cannot even get the democrat controlled Senate to pass his new bogus "jobs" bill, he has determined he can more publicly buy votes by fiat, simply signing presidential directives that by design allow whatever he determines to go forward unless blocked by Congress - a total convolution of the Constitution. Yes, other presidents have used this process - but none to the level or for the concepts proposed by this over-reaching president.

President Obama suggests that he has reached 60% of his goals in the first 3 years of his reign as king of the land...now he needs 5 more years to destroy the other 40% of what remains in this country. His debacle that he has had to provide his cronies a way out or around because it was so bad, health care, is falling apart in front of his eyes - and now more Americans than ever don't have insurance coverage. Wow, what a good piece of legislation. He comes out this week with worn out, old, lies about how voting republican is a vote for dirty water, dirty air, and fewer people with insurance. I don't believe revitalizing the manufacturing sector therefore getting more jobs which come with healthcare, which is about every republican's position, is as negative as Massa Obama holds out.

Listen to Obama's own words, "I will wage the wars that must be won." Is he really talking about Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya? Why didn't he declare victory in Iraq? Could it be because he thought the surge wouldn't work? Why did he not negotiate for troops to remain in Iraq?

Or in a more sinister thought, is BHO really positioning himself for something worse as the sorest loser? In a recent video found on You Tube, his lovely wife and BHO are attending a military funeral. While the flag of the United States is being properly folded into the triangle then respectfully handed off to the deceased's family, Ms. BHO is seen leaning in to him and stating in his ear, "all that for a damn flag?" to which he nods but shows no other emotion. I'm no lip reader - but even I can see that one. It is suggested a professional lip reader has been asked what she says - and it is exactly that. And these people need more time to do the rest of their plans for America?
